Finally! I am, so happy I discovered the brilliant services of Bill and his team. My first service request with them was an unforgettable experience. I was told to arrive at 8 am and I was there on time. I was told the service I needed would take about half an hour. I was done in twenty minutes. But, best of all, Bill explained everything to me and for the first time, I understood car maintenance. LOL. Did I mention the supreme hospitality while I waited? That will be the next review!! I am soooooooo pleased!!

Had a slow leak in my tire, called in the morning and had options and pricing within a few hours. Jason explained the options and my tire was fixed within the hour. Great customer service and reasonable prices!

Yikes!! I have had two good repair services in the past. This last experience, which lasted two full days, was frustrating, and one signal repair problem remains, although the billing invoice says otherwise. I will be staying away. -
I moved out of Baltimore and my 1996 Civic is in car heaven, but thank you Nicolas Fleet Shell for always providing excellent service, a fair price, and an honest, friendly business. You set the standard for auto service shops.

I have to say that the 20+ years I have lived in this neighborhood, I have always used Fleet St Shell for my car repairs, because they are excellent at what they do. They are always helpful and courteous and really go out of their way to accommodate customers! A great place to go!
